SophistiTwerk is a fun, workshop-style, cardio dance class for the mature woman, mommy, or wife who still loves to dance, but being in the club atmosphere is not appealing for spiritual or personal reasons. You will learn choreography that you'll be able to take home and enjoy and relive the experience.
